Our cancellation policy is really simple, it can be broken down into 2 categories:
If you cancel: You lose your deposit. This deposit can be applied toward a charter within 1 year of the cancelled trip.
If I cancel (for whatever reason:mechanical failure, weather, etc.) you get a full refund.
That’s it, nice and simple. The reason we have this cancellation policy is that some people will abuse the system and book a charter and pay the deposit and then continue shopping and try to bail out at the last minute and go with another boat. It’s fine if you want to fish with someone else, but it can totally ruin a day for me if I have it reserved for you and then you back-out at the last second leaving me with no charter and no income.
One last note is that I am actually a pretty nice guy and can make exceptions when needed.
